1. I Fought the Law · Two Robbers Disguised as Cops

Devin Weston summons Michael, Trevor, and Franklin to a high-rise construction site in downtown Los Santos. Flaunting his wealth, Devin assigns them the task of stealing five luxury sports cars for illegal export to China. Molly Schultz, Devin's legal counsel, identifies the first targets: two young heirs whom Devin despises. These individuals enjoy illegal street racing in expensive sports cars on the Senora Freeway. The plan is for Franklin to approach them and bait them into a race, while Michael and Trevor disguise themselves as police officers to block the road.
Franklin heads to a gas station near the Senora Freeway to wait for the two targets to pass. Upon spotting the young men in their flashy sports cars, Franklin immediately cuts between them to provoke them. Stimulated by their competitive spirit, the young men accept Franklin's challenge and begin speeding recklessly down the freeway. Franklin contacts Michael to inform him that the targets are heading toward Grapeseed, continuing the pursuit while maintaining a distance to avoid suspicion.
Meanwhile, Michael and Trevor, dressed in traffic police uniforms, wait on a bridge southwest of Paleto Bay on police motorcycles. Receiving Franklin's signal over the radio, the two activate their lights and sirens, blocking the middle of the road. The speeding heirs, startled by the sudden appearance of the police, slam on their brakes and come to a halt. Michael and Trevor approach with an intimidating demeanor, force the men out of their cars, and, while they are distracted, jump into the Cheetah and the Entity XF to make their escape.
Having successfully stolen the vehicles, the trio heads to Hayes Auto in southern Los Santos. No police pursuit occurs during this phase; instead, Franklin challenges Michael and Trevor to a race to see who arrives at the destination first. The three enjoy their own race across the city, testing the overwhelming performance of the stolen supercars. After demonstrating their driving skills and arriving safely at the garage, they park the cars and wait for Devin.
When Devin arrives at the garage, Franklin and Trevor demand immediate payment. However, Devin draws a line, stating that the task involves five cars in total and that not a single cent will be paid until all vehicles are secured. While the protagonists are dissatisfied with Devin's controlling attitude, they are forced to prepare for the next crime as Molly Schultz begins briefing them on the next target: music producer Chad Mulligan's Z-Type.
2. Eye in the Sky · Chad Mulligan's Z-Type

To fulfill Devin Weston's instructions, Franklin and Trevor target the Truffade Z-Type. Molly Schultz explains that the owner, music producer Chad Mulligan, has hidden the Z-Type in a private warehouse in Hawick to conceal assets during his divorce proceedings. To overcome the difficulty of tailing him on the ground, a joint operation is planned: Trevor will use a Los Santos Police Department helicopter to track Chad from the air, while Franklin waits on the ground to seize the vehicle.
Trevor walks confidently into the Mission Row Police Station and boards a police helicopter waiting on the rooftop helipad. The pilot guides Trevor on how to use the onboard computer and thermal camera, which can track anyone with a 2012 San Andreas driver's license. To test the system, Trevor first scans Franklin, who is waiting in El Burro Heights. When Franklin's past arrest record for public exposure appears on the screen, Trevor mocks him over the radio before turning the nose toward Hawick to begin the search for the target.
Arriving over Hawick, Trevor uses the helicopter's scanner to identify numerous citizens walking the streets. While eavesdropping on various conversations, he finally spots Chad Mulligan. Following Trevor's directions, the pilot secretly follows Chad's movements, confirming that Chad arrives at the warehouse where his car is hidden. Receiving the location from the air, Franklin approaches the warehouse to pressure Chad, but Chad, feeling threatened, quickly jumps into the Z-Type and flees toward the city at high speed.
While Franklin pursues the Z-Type on the ground, Trevor assists from the air by relaying the vehicle's real-time location over the radio. The chase leads to a multi-story parking garage near the Lifeinvader building, where Chad drives deep inside to hide. With visibility blocked, Trevor activates the helicopter's thermal camera to detect the engine heat and body heat emanating from behind the garage structures. Receiving the precise location, Franklin finds Chad hiding in a corner of the garage, subdues him, and takes the wheel of the Z-Type.
Franklin drives the stolen Z-Type to Devin Weston's hangar at Los Santos International Airport. If Chad is left alive, he immediately reports the theft to the police, forcing Franklin to evade the responding police dragnet. Upon safely reaching the hangar and delivering the vehicle, Devin appears, shares a brief word with Franklin, and sends him away. This incident clearly demonstrates the protagonists' audacity in using even the police's advanced surveillance equipment as tools for their private crimes.
3. Deep Inside · The JB700 at the Film Studio

Devin Weston's third request is the JB700, a classic spy movie prop car stored at Richards Majestic Film Studio. Molly Schultz calls Franklin and instructs him to infiltrate the studio and steal the car from the parking lot. She suggests approaching by disguising himself as a lead actor or stuntman, as Devin is a major shareholder in the studio. Franklin sneaks into the studio through a small gate and scouts the area around the set where the car is located.
Near the set, there is an actor complaining about the salad menu, using a pineapple allergy as an excuse. Taking advantage of the staff's absence, Franklin knocks the actor unconscious, drags him into a trailer, and steals his costume. Perfectly disguised as an actor, Franklin enters the film set without suspicion and naturally climbs into the driver's seat of the JB700. However, as he starts the engine and drives the car aggressively to exit the studio, the studio security team senses something is wrong and immediately begins a pursuit.
An actress was still in the passenger seat. She screams, claiming she is not insured for such dangerous situations, and grabs the steering wheel, hindering Franklin's driving. In the critical situation with security vehicles following closely behind, Franklin decides to utilize the special devices installed in the JB700. He deploys spike strips from the rear of the car to puncture the tires of the pursuing security vehicles, then activates the ejector seat function to launch the hysterical actress high into the air.
After shaking off all pursuers, Franklin calls Molly to report the situation. Molly instructs him to bring the car to Hayes Auto in La Mesa, claiming the weapons installed in the vehicle need to be converted to live ammunition. Upon arriving at the garage, Franklin meets Devin Weston, who is dressed in marathon training gear. Devin attempts to justify Franklin's crime by spinning a sophistry that the theft is technically legal because he is a major shareholder of the studio.
At that moment, Lamar Davis suddenly shows up at the garage. Lamar had heard about Franklin's activities from Trevor and tracked his GPS. Devin shows interest in Lamar's appearance and offers him the remaining vehicle delivery tasks. Franklin tries to exclude Lamar by taking the money himself to prevent him from getting deeply involved in dangerous work, but Devin attempts to control them by cleverly weighing Lamar's enthusiasm against Franklin's intelligence. Even after Franklin leaves in disgust, Devin closes the garage door and explains the job to Lamar, dragging the protagonists' personal relationships into his business.
4. Mr. Richards · The Producer and the Helicopter

Michael visits Richards Majestic Studios to meet his long-time idol, film producer Solomon Richards, through an introduction by Devin Weston. Entering Solomon's office, Michael reveals his deep fandom by perfectly reciting lines from classic films. Solomon confides that Devin and his son intend to demolish the studio to build luxury apartments, lamenting that the production of 'Meltdown,' which might be his final work, is in crisis. Lead actor Milton McIlroy and director Anton Beaudelaire have been swayed by agent Rocco Pelosi to demand contract renegotiations and are refusing to return to the set.
Michael volunteers to act as a fixer to prevent his idol's retirement and help with the film's production. He heads to a club in East Los Santos where Rocco's gang is staying. Following Solomon's warning, Michael sneaks onto the roof by climbing the exterior wall of the club building without making a sound. Quietly knocking out or eliminating Rocco's guards stationed around the roof, Michael reaches the highest point where the helipad is located and confronts Milton, Anton, and Rocco Pelosi, who is guarding them.
At Michael's appearance, Rocco stops his guard from shooting and decides to settle things with a fistfight. After a violent hand-to-hand brawl, Michael ruthlessly beats and subdues Rocco. After forcing a bloodied Rocco to promise never to interfere with the film production again, Michael leaves him alive and climbs into the cockpit of the Frogger helicopter where Milton and Anton are sitting. During the flight back to the studio, Milton insists he cannot film without a new contract, and Anton complains that he is quitting the movie.
Realizing that verbal persuasion has its limits, Michael begins extremely reckless stunt flying, maneuvering the helicopter dangerously between buildings and diving sharply. Fearing for their lives, Milton and Anton scream and succumb to Michael's coercive attitude, eventually promising to return to the studio and resume filming. The two, who had been arguing and blaming each other throughout the flight, finally breathe a sigh of relief only after landing safely on the studio helipad.
Michael leads Milton and Anton to Solomon's office. Cowardly after Michael's threats, Milton apologizes to Solomon, and Solomon praises Anton's artistic sense to soothe them. Solomon is deeply impressed by Michael's problem-solving skills and asks for his help with future issues that may arise during film production. After completing the mission, Michael receives a job offer from Martin Madrazo but recommends Trevor instead to protect Franklin. With his daily life still complicated by crime, including receiving text messages from his therapist, Dr. Friedlander, trying to induce a phone consultation, Michael's life remains in turmoil.
