Key information
Sony has unveiled the God of War Laufey Collector's Edition, a merchandise-focused package currently listed on the UK PlayStation Direct store. Unlike previous releases that included digital keys, this set functions exclusively as a collection of physical items.
The bundle features a light-up statue depicting Faye in combat alongside Phranque the Cube. Additionally, the package contains a 51-card oracle deck and a compact art book, all presented within specialized collector's packaging.
Priced at £130, the edition requires customers to purchase the game separately for an additional $70. This strategy allows publishers to reduce production overhead and streamline supply chains, while targeting high-spending fans interested in premium physical merchandise.
Future franchise developments include a sequel following the events of God of War Laufey. Furthermore, a live-action television adaptation is in production for Prime Video, featuring Dave Bautista as the lead following Ryan Hurst's departure.
