On October 9, Bandai Namco Experience announced that member information from the Wangan Midnight Arcade Portal, which supports the arcade racing title Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6RR PLUS, may have been compromised.
The breach originated from unauthorized external access to the Commune community system, which serves as the site's infrastructure. Operations for the portal are currently outsourced to Commune Inc.
While the company stated that no misuse of the leaked data has been confirmed at this time, they have advised users to change their passwords and remain vigilant against suspicious emails.
The portal service is currently suspended, with further details regarding its resumption to be announced at a later date.
