Rablo Games has announced a new live-action pet simulation title, Days Spent with a Golden Retriever, scheduled for a February 2027 release on Steam. The project is being published through a partnership between Rablo Games and Gamersky Games.
The game centers on Picho, a golden retriever owned by developer Pablo Coma. Players engage in daily activities such as walking, teaching tricks, and playing with toys, all utilizing live-action footage of the dog.
Progression relies on improving six specific statistics: affection, happiness, discipline, athletic ability, sociability, and trust. Enhancing these metrics unlocks new content, while players can also collect 50 photographs for an album or document new canine friends encountered during walks in a feature called Nosebook.
A free demo featuring Japanese language support is currently available on Steam, where it has received positive feedback from 100% of users who submitted reviews. The title is also slated to participate in the Steam Next Fest occurring from October 19 to 26.
