Developers Fourdivinity and Eschatology Entertainment have announced that the Western-themed soulslike FPS, No Rest. No Peace: Guns of Eschaton, is scheduled for release on December 8. The title will be available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
Set in a post-apocalyptic American frontier, the game tasks players with navigating ruined settlements and deadly wastelands. The narrative follows a mysterious gunslinger traversing the Hound’s Path to confront occult horrors within a world blending 19th-century history with supernatural and religious elements.
Combat emphasizes precision and resource management, requiring players to carefully monitor ammunition and time their attacks. Players must utilize a Codex to identify enemy weaknesses, perform calculated parries, and combine various firearms, occult abilities, and gear to customize their character's progression.
The game features visual direction by Viktor Antonov and supports both solo play and a two-player cooperative mode. In co-op, players can share progress or pursue independent challenges throughout the journey.
