1. Service and policy scope

TroubleMaker (ascgame.com) is an independent game-news and community website operated from Cambodia. News, discussions, member activity points and chat are existing services. The proposed webgame, paid avatars and Steam gift-card reward programme are separate planned features, not a currently available purchase or redemption service. Publishing these terms does not authorise or launch them.

2. Operator information and contact

The operator and public support/privacy contact are listed below. Send service, rights or dispute enquiries to that contact, with the relevant account or transaction reference and a description of the issue; never include your password. Additional business disclosures required for a country or transaction will be provided before that transaction is offered. TroubleMaker is the service name, not a claim of incorporation or licensing.

3. Accounts and children

Keep your account information accurate and your login secure. Do not impersonate another person or transfer accounts to bypass restrictions. The community is intended for users aged 13 or above, subject to any higher local threshold and required guardian involvement. A lower age must not be disguised. A child-directed game or collection of children’s data requires a separate review and appropriate safeguards; a sentence in these terms is not age verification or parental consent.

4. Community content and moderation

Share only material you are entitled to publish. Illegal content, infringement, harassment, threats, exposure of private information, undisclosed promotion, impersonation, spam and manufactured activity are prohibited. You retain your content rights and permit the limited storage, display and moderation needed to provide the community. Public nicknames, posts, comments and rankings may be visible globally. News digests and translations may contain errors; verify important facts at the original source.

5. Activity points and planned in-game use

Community activity points are earned free through eligible community activity and are recorded separately from money-funded game balances. A future approved game catalogue may let members spend and consume those points to acquire designated items also offered for money, such as avatars. This is an operator-funded participation benefit, not payment for game performance, an investment or a revenue share. Game purchases, game results and advertising engagement do not earn or replenish gift-card-redeemable community points. Neither paid items nor point-acquired items, paid game currency or game winnings can be resold or converted through the site into community reward points, cash or Steam gift cards. Buying something is not a condition for earning activity points or applying for a future reward. Free origin does not determine the points’ legal classification in every country.

6. Planned game purchases and activity-point spending

Before a paid or activity-point item feature launches in a country, the offer and checkout must disclose the operator, item, money price or point cost, accepted balance, any applicable currency, taxes and fees, delivery, compatibility, licence duration, refund method and support contact. Only items expressly marked as eligible can be acquired with activity points; eligibility and point costs need not be identical to money prices. Points used for an item are deducted and cannot also fund another item or a Steam reward. Point-acquired items are account-bound for in-game use and are not transferable, resellable or gift-card-redeemable through the service. Items grant the described use, not ownership of underlying intellectual property or a promised investment return. Recurring charges require separate clear agreement and accessible cancellation. Paid random-item mechanics are not included in the present plan and require a new policy and review before introduction.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Refunds and cancellation follow applicable mandatory law and the item-specific conditions disclosed before checkout. We do not promise an additional discretionary refund for a change of mind, preference or failure to check clearly disclosed compatibility, except where the law or the offer requires it. Where the law permits a digital-content withdrawal exception, immediate supply requires the necessary separate express agreement, acknowledgement and durable confirmation; delivery alone does not remove a right. Mandatory remedies for defective content, non-delivery or unauthorised payments remain intact. Point-only transactions do not automatically create a refund entitlement at the item’s money price; valid cancellation restores the relevant points and reverses the corresponding item entitlement, subject to mandatory law.

8. Planned activity benefits and external rewards

Future benefits may include approved in-game item acquisition with activity points and a separately approved Steam gift-card offer, funded from the operator’s own budget, including legitimate game and advertising revenue. They are not payment for ad views or clicks, a return on user spending, or a revenue-sharing entitlement. Existing points do not guarantee an item, gift card, conversion rate, launch date or country availability. Item use and Steam redemption have separate eligibility and fulfilment conditions, and spending the same points twice is not permitted. The rewards policy and active published catalogue or offer must define conditions before participation.

9. Advertising and independence

Do not click or repeatedly view advertisements to obtain points, rewards or support payouts. We do not offer Steam gift cards, or points convertible to them, as Google-ad viewing or clicking compensation. Editorial and community participation are distinct from advertising. TroubleMaker is not endorsed by Valve, Steam, Google, Nexon or another publisher merely because a product or game is mentioned.

10. Countries, laws and availability

Language, an IP estimate, a country selector or access to news does not establish legal residence or eligibility for purchases or rewards. Features can differ by residence and transaction jurisdiction and remain unavailable until expressly launched for that region. Do not use false location information or a VPN to bypass an eligibility restriction. Cambodia is the operational base; this does not remove mandatory consumer, privacy, child-protection or court-access rights applicable to you elsewhere. No exclusive Cambodian forum or blanket waiver of local rights is imposed here.

11. Investigations and restrictions

We may restrict suspicious activity to protect users and review fraud, bots, duplicated accounts or unlawful content. Any future point correction, reward refusal or payment restriction must be explained using the applicable rules and allow a review request through the published support channel, except where disclosure would compromise security or violate law. Restrictions do not cancel statutory refunds or justify arbitrary confiscation of legitimate entitlements.

12. Changes, closure and disputes

Material changes will be announced with their date and scope before applying where required. Newly added monetisation or reward terms require appropriate agreement before participation, not presumed consent from past activity. Changes will not retroactively remove legally protected claims or accepted reward commitments. Service closure notices must explain treatment of accepted purchases and reward applications. Consumers may use competent regulators and dispute mechanisms; nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Related policies

Read the privacy/cookie, activity-points/rewards and country/regional policies together. Mandatory law takes priority, then applicable regional protections and valid offer terms, then these common terms. A mistranslation cannot take away a mandatory right. Required local-language information must be available before the relevant transaction is launched.

14. Operation, updates and external services

For security, maintenance, legal compliance or reasonable operational needs, we may update, temporarily suspend or discontinue features and limit access proportionately. Material changes and closure will be notified where required; urgent security measures may take effect immediately. Unless required by law or expressly agreed, free features have no guaranteed uptime, permanent availability or fixed future feature set. News, rankings and translations are informational, not professional advice. External links, publisher prices and Steam availability are controlled by their respective providers, and we do not guarantee those providers’ availability or accuracy. This does not excuse our own fulfilment obligations or mandatory liability.

15. Service assets and limited item licences

The TroubleMaker service design, code and original assets belong to the operator or their lawful rights holders. Third-party names and materials remain their owners’ property. Except for rights the law preserves, you may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit service assets without permission, or defeat security controls. Users retain ownership of their posts; their licence to us is limited to operating, displaying, moderating and maintaining the community. Any future game-item entitlement is a personal, limited, account-bound right to use the described item in its designated game, not ownership of the underlying asset. Its scope, compatibility and duration must be disclosed before acquisition.

16. Responsibility and lawful limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not voluntarily assume liability for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost business profits, or interruptions caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee third-party content or a particular outcome from a free service. These limitations do not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, responsibility for personal injury that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer, privacy, refund and compensation rights. They do not shift our own legally required duties to users. Where a limitation is invalid, applicable law controls and the remaining lawful terms continue to apply.

17. Abuse investigation and account integrity

Bot farming, multiple accounts used to evade limits, fabricated activity, exploit abuse, unauthorised access, account trading, misleading location information and reward resale schemes are prohibited. We may temporarily hold suspicious activity or reward requests, correct duplicated or mistakenly awarded points, remove violating content and proportionately restrict or suspend accounts following review. We may request only verification reasonably necessary for the issue. A reason and review contact will be provided unless law or security prevents disclosure; review does not guarantee reversal. We do not impose arbitrary penalties, confiscate unrelated lawful purchases, or erase mandatory remedies.

1. Operator and privacy contact

TroubleMaker operates from Cambodia. The operator and public privacy/support contact are listed below. Use that contact for privacy enquiries and rights requests. This policy describes the data processed by the existing site; before new features collect additional information, the applicable processing purposes, recipients, retention and request procedure will be disclosed. Additional controller or representative details required by applicable law must be supplied before the relevant processing begins.

2. Account and public community data

Email registration stores an email address, nickname and a salted password hash, not the original password. Google sign-in may supply its account identifier, email, display name and profile image. Uploaded avatars, posts, comments, votes, reports, account status, attendance, activity counts and points are processed for accounts and community operation. Nicknames, profile images, posts, comments and member rankings may be public. Do not post identity documents, payment details or other sensitive personal information publicly.

3. Security and visitor records

Server and administrator records may include IP address, time, requested path, browser/device information, approximate IP-based country, account identifier and moderation actions. The application tracking layer omits query strings, passwords and session tokens from its access records; web-server logs are a separate source. A persistent pseudonymous visitor identifier is used for visit counts and presence. Pseudonymous identifiers and IP addresses can still be personal data.

4. Cookies and local storage

The current login cookie __Host-tm_session lasts up to 7 days. The visitor-count cookie __Host-tm_visitor, language preference tm_locale and country preference tm_country have configured lifetimes of up to one year. Theme and chat-panel preferences may be saved in browser local storage. Browser deletion or blocking may affect login or saved settings. A stated cookie lifetime is not the same as a server-data retention period.

5. Google services and consent

The site currently loads Google Analytics and, on selected monetised pages and supported content languages, Google AdSense and Funding Choices scripts. These providers may receive browser/network information and use identifiers under their policies. A consent message may be shown depending on region and provider configuration. Simply visiting, creating an account or earning points is not blanket consent to optional analytics, advertising or international transfers. Region-appropriate consent, withdrawal, opt-out and non-essential tracking controls must be independently verified; including a provider script or this notice does not prove those controls work.

6. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used for authentication, verification mail, community display, attendance and points, moderation, fraud prevention, diagnostics and audience statistics. Applicable grounds may include providing a requested service, legal obligations, properly assessed legitimate interests, or separate consent where required. Optional purposes must not be bundled into an unnecessary condition for receiving the core service. Marketing is not authorised solely by account creation.

7. Providers and international processing

Hosting, email delivery, Google sign-in, analytics and advertising can involve outside providers and processing outside your country, including the Cambodian operation. The final provider list, processing locations, roles, contracts, transfer safeguards and any required local representative must be documented and disclosed as applicable. No blanket statement that Cambodian hosting or an English policy satisfies every country’s transfer rules is made.

8. Retention and deletion

Current application settings expire verification tokens after 30 minutes and sessions after 7 days. Recent chat storage is limited to 200 messages and approximately 10 minutes. Administrator access/security/audit records and per-page visitor records use 90-day expiry settings; server metrics use 30 days. Expiry cleanup may not be immediate. Account records, community content, aggregate visitor collections, web-server logs, backups and security block lists do not all have an implemented automatic deletion schedule. Their retention/deletion periods still require a documented operational schedule; this policy does not falsely promise automatic account deletion or a universal 90-day purge.

9. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, consent withdrawal or an objection to processing, and complain to the competent authority. Rights may have lawful exceptions, including necessary legal retention. Send requests to the public support/privacy email shown in this policy. We must verify requests proportionately and must not demand excessive identity data. No self-service deletion/export feature is represented as currently available; the detailed request-handling procedure still needs to be completed and verified before the planned launches.

10. Children

The present general-audience community is intended for users aged 13 or above, or a higher locally required age. The current registration form does not verify age or obtain verified parental consent. Child-directed games, advertising and children’s accounts must not be treated as compliant merely because an age restriction appears in terms. Appropriate age/guardian safeguards and required regional notices must be in place before such use. Do not send children’s identity documents through public posts or chat.

11. Future game payments, point spending and rewards

Game payments, activity-point item spending and gift-card redemption are not launched. Before collecting related data, we will describe the additional fields, game-account linkage, item entitlements, point debit/restoration records, processor, recipient, purpose, retention and rights procedure. We will not ask users for a Steam password or Steam Guard code to deliver a reward. Sensitive identity or tax data, if genuinely required, needs a secure restricted channel and separate disclosure, not a public form or chat message.

12. Updates and regional protections

Material privacy changes require clear notice and any necessary fresh consent before the changed processing. Refer to the regional policy for relevant local protections and launch-review status. Displaying the site in a language is not proof that a legally sufficient local-language notice has been completed.

13. Customer support enquiries

The support form collects your name or nickname, reply email, enquiry category, subject, message and selected language. When signed in, your account identifier, account name, email and verification status are linked to the enquiry. We store submission and processing times, the data-notice acknowledgement, processing status and administrator-only notes to handle requests and prevent abuse. Enquiries are not public and receive no activity points. Records become eligible for automatic database deletion 180 days after submission; expiry cleanup may not be immediate. Reply email ownership is not verified by submitting the form, so sensitive account requests require proportionate additional verification. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers or identity documents. Submission creates a receipt number, not a promise of immediate resolution or an automatically sent email. 1. Activity points and available benefits

Members earn activity points through eligible community participation. Spending points on designated game items or Steam Wallet/gift-card rewards is planned, not launched; only an expressly published active offer creates an application opportunity under its stated conditions. An account or ranking balance alone does not promise redemption, a money value, a fixed exchange rate or a future launch date. No payment is required to reserve a future activity benefit.

2. Current activity scoring

Eligible posts earn 30 points and comments 5 points. A member can publish one post or comment in total every five minutes; support enquiries are excluded and earn no points. Daily attendance earns 20 points using Asia/Bangkok (UTC+7). Attendance on all seven Monday–Sunday dates earns an additional 100 on Sunday; attendance on every date of the calendar month earns an additional 500 on its last day. Both bonuses can apply together. New rules apply prospectively; earlier balances are retained and earlier UTC attendance is not assumed to meet the new calendar bonus rules. Each received like earns the author 1 point: one like per member per post, with no self-likes. Prohibited words reject publication before rewards or the writing cooldown are applied. Administrative hiding does not reverse points; deletion reverses recorded actual awards, including removed comments and likes when their parent post is deleted, once only. A negative balance after reversal of already spent points prevents further spending. The point ledger records grants and deductions for account operation, reconciliation and abuse review without an automatic expiry; retention will be reviewed against applicable necessity and legal requirements. Scoring changes will be announced; these points are not a cash exchange rate.

2A. Cumulative XP and member progression

Attendance, attendance bonuses, posts, comments and received likes earn XP equal to their point awards. Spending or deducting points does not reduce cumulative XP. Members automatically progress from level 1 to 99, with increasing XP required for each subsequent level. The account panel shows all level thresholds and icons. Progression is separate from administrator authority. XP cannot be purchased, transferred or exchanged for money and does not guarantee rewards.

3. Free origin and defined uses

Points are earned through eligible free community participation, not purchased with money. They are recorded separately from money-funded game currency and are not represented as deposits, legal tender, Steam Points, Steam Wallet balance, wages, investments or a revenue share. Planned use is limited to expressly approved in-game items and separately approved Steam offers. Points cannot currently be purchased, transferred between members or cashed out through the site. No fixed point-to-money exchange rate is promised. Describing points as free or promotional does not settle their legal treatment or remove protected claims and accepted commitments.

4. Operator-funded benefits

The operator plans to provide designated game items as participation benefits and may use its own budget, including lawful game sales and advertising revenue, to purchase genuine Steam gift cards for separate offers. Users are not investors, and no proportion of revenue or guaranteed payout is promised. Availability depends on a published eligible catalogue or funded offer; past activity does not create an unlimited claim against future revenue.

5. No purchase, game-winnings or advertising conversion

Buying an avatar or other game item will not increase community reward points or reward eligibility. Purchased game currency, game scores, wagering results and game winnings cannot be converted to these rewards. Viewing, clicking, refreshing or repeatedly loading Google ads is not rewarded. Google rewarded-ad points must not be mixed into a gift-card-redeemable balance. The planned activity reward programme does not include betting, a paid draw, roulette, a jackpot or a random winner mechanic.

5A. Planned game-item use — consume, not circulate

A future eligible catalogue may offer selected avatars or other items normally sold for money for a disclosed activity-point cost. Not every paid item must be eligible. The confirmation must state the exact item, point cost, game account, use restrictions and any effect on member progress. A successful acquisition consumes those points once; they cannot also be spent on Steam rewards. Point-acquired items are account-bound, non-transferable and not resellable, redeemable for cash or convertible back into community points or gift cards through the service. This use must not create bets, prize entries or a game-winnings-to-reward route. On a failed delivery or valid cancellation, any permitted point restoration must reverse the corresponding item entitlement, not leave both the item and restored spendable points. Money-paid parts, if any, and mandatory remedies must be handled separately; a point-funded part is not automatically refunded as cash at the item’s money price. A free item is not an exemption from local game, consumer, promotion, privacy or payment requirements.

6. Rules that must exist before launch

Each active catalogue or offer must disclose eligible residences, age, times and timezone, qualifying activity, point costs, items and restrictions or gift-card currency/value, per-user and total limits, stock/budget, any lawful expiry, delivery time, verification, tax treatment and support/appeal contact. Item use and Steam rewards need separate regional approval; availability of one does not enable the other. Any effect of spending points on membership progress must be explained before confirmation. No catalogue or offer is active until these details are published.

7. Planned eligibility and checks

Initial Steam reward applicants must be at least 18 and also satisfy any higher local age/capacity requirement, hold a verified eligible account and reside in an explicitly supported country. This is an operator policy, not every country’s age of majority. Game-item use instead follows the game’s approved age rating, local contractual capacity and any required guardian safeguards; it is not automatically authorised for every community member. Country, account and abuse checks must be proportionate. Do not use false residence, multiple accounts, bots, fabricated posts or collusion. The site does not currently certify users’ ages or countries.

8. Steam delivery and regional restrictions

Rewards mean Steam Wallet credit or a genuine gift-card code as described in a specific offer, not Steam Points Shop points. Country, currency, product and Steam-account restrictions may affect delivery or redemption. For digital gifts, Valve notes that existing Steam Wallet funds cannot buy them and country restrictions may apply; codes have their own product conditions. We will check compatibility before accepting a claim. We will never require a Steam password, Steam Guard code or a fee to release a reward. TroubleMaker is not Valve or an authorised Steam partner unless separately documented.

9. Rejection, failed delivery and review

An accepted claim must not silently disappear. The published process must provide a reason for refusal, a review route and fulfilment status, subject to lawful security limits. If delivery fails because a valid reward cannot be supplied, valid debited points must be restored or an alternative explicitly agreed, without waiving statutory remedies. Users must not be forced to pay extra to receive an already accepted reward. Genuine third-party regional incompatibility requires a resolution, not an invented guarantee of worldwide redemption.

10. Taxes and personal information

Tax reporting or withholding can depend on the operator’s and recipient’s jurisdictions. A single worldwide tax rate is not promised. Any required withholding and requested tax information must be disclosed before acceptance. The operator’s own tax obligations are not removed by describing a reward as a gift. Data collection is limited to lawful fulfilment and any genuinely necessary tax/abuse checks, with the privacy notice updated before collection.

11. Changes, expiry and programme closure

A future offer must announce changes, point-use conditions, any expiry and closure arrangements in advance as required by law. This notice does not introduce expiry of existing points. We will not retroactively cancel accepted valid commitments solely because the budget changed. Review and mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

12. Local law takes priority

This is an activity-benefit plan, not a gambling licence or assurance that free points or items avoid regulation. Local game, promotion, consumer, tax, privacy, payment and youth requirements must be assessed for both item spending and gift cards before each country launch. In an unapproved territory, accumulating points does not enable either use. An in-game-use restriction reduces circulation but does not itself prove legality.

Cambodia (KH)

The operational base is Cambodia. Business/tax registration, e-commerce permit or licence applicability, consumer disclosures and reward classification must be checked before launch. Online gambling and betting are not offered. Ordinary avatar sales and free community rewards are not represented as government-approved merely because they are separated.

European Union / European Economic Area (EEA)

Mandatory consumer protections and applicable GDPR rights are preserved. A generally applicable 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right has digital-content exceptions with conditions; immediate delivery requires the legally necessary express consent and acknowledgement, not a pre-ticked box. EEA countries share common frameworks but national rules can differ. GDPR can apply to an outside-EU operator offering services to or monitoring people in the EU. The 30-country EEA coverage is listed below; no paid/reward launch is approved by this listing.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

United Kingdom (GB)

Applicable cancellation and defective-digital-content rights remain intact. Immediate digital delivery requires appropriate agreement, acknowledgement of the 14-day cancellation consequence and contract confirmation where required. UK privacy and advertising consent requirements must be assessed separately from EU requirements.

Switzerland (CH)

Switzerland is not treated as an EEA member or automatically assigned EU withdrawal rules. Local contract, privacy and reward rules require review. Google’s Switzerland consent-management requirements must also be considered for personalised advertising.

United States (US)

Federal and applicable state consumer/privacy rules are preserved; a single nationwide refund, promotion or tax rule is not asserted. COPPA can apply to a foreign operator directed to children under 13 in the US or knowingly collecting their personal information. Any state-specific launch conditions must be published before transactions. No paid sweepstakes or gambling features are included.

Canada (CA)

Applicable federal/provincial consumer and privacy rights are preserved. Meaningful consent and understandable notices must be assessed, including French-language and Québec requirements when relevant. The English version alone is not claimed to satisfy every Canadian notice or contract requirement.

Australia (AU)

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, statutory consumer guarantees cannot be removed by “no refunds” wording. The ACCC explains that overseas businesses directly offering products or services in Australia must follow that law. Local privacy and promotion requirements remain subject to assessment.

New Zealand (NZ)

Do not assume Australian rules automatically apply. Local consumer guarantees, privacy, minors and reward conditions require separate assessment; compulsory remedies will not be waived.

Republic of Korea (KR)

Before a Korea-targeted game or paid/reward launch, review applicable game classification/distribution, e-commerce withdrawal, youth protection, privacy and international-transfer requirements. Free community activity is not to be mixed with gaming-result exchange. Korean mandatory rights are not waived by the Cambodian operation.

Japan (JP)

Review local online-sale disclosures, digital items, payment/points rules and promotion limits. A universal EU-style cooling-off right is not promised: Japan’s consumer authority distinguishes online shopping from cooling-off transactions. Contractual and compulsory remedies still apply as appropriate, and Japanese notices must be ready where required.

Mainland China (CN)

Mainland China is separate from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao for this policy. Game publishing approval, local distribution arrangements, identity/youth controls, personal data and cross-border processing must be assessed before targeted game availability. Chinese-language news access is not an approved game or reward launch.

Taiwan (TW)

Review Taiwan-specific digital-content contract, consumer cancellation, personal-data, minors and reward rules. Do not apply mainland-China restrictions or approvals by language alone. Provide the necessary Traditional Chinese transaction disclosures before launch.

Hong Kong (HK)

Review local consumer, personal-data, marketing and reward requirements independently. Traditional Chinese or English availability does not establish local approval, and Taiwan/mainland-China rules are not automatically substituted.

Macao (MO)

Local promotion, gambling-boundary, privacy and digital-sale requirements need independent review. No casino or online gambling permission is claimed, and rules from Hong Kong or mainland China are not assumed to be identical.

Thailand (TH)

Before launch, review local consumer, advertising/promotion, personal-data, youth and digital-sale requirements. A Khmer or Thai interface does not constitute authorisation. Paid draws and wagering are not part of the reward programme.

Singapore (SG)

Malaysia (MY)

Assess local consumer, personal-data, digital-sale, youth and promotion conditions before launch. Singaporean or Indonesian approval is not a substitute. Mandatory local rights remain protected.

Philippines (PH)

Review any applicable promotion permit, consumer, personal-data, tax and digital-service obligations before activating rewards or purchases. Free participation is not asserted to exempt every promotion. Filipino/English disclosures must accurately identify the operator and offer.

Indonesia (ID)

Review electronic-system/service registration applicability, local consumer and personal-data requirements, minors and reward conditions. Any required Indonesian-language disclosures must be complete before transactions; translated news alone is not sufficient.

Viet Nam (VN)

Online game provision can involve specific local enterprise, licensing, release and player-account requirements under official guidance. Targeted game availability, payments and rewards remain pending until classification and local requirements are assessed. Vietnamese news translation is not a substitute for game authorisation.

India (IN)

Review current online-gaming legislation, implementing rules and legal classification, including treatment of paid social games, cosmetics and money-game boundaries. Neither skill nor a gift-card label is assumed to provide an exemption. Paid gaming balances and results stay separate from free community rewards; no launch approval is claimed.

Brazil (BR)

Review applicable consumer, personal-data, promotion, tax and international-transfer requirements. Portuguese notices must be supplied where required before a transaction launch; Spanish or English is not automatically an adequate substitute.

Mexico (MX)

Review local consumer, privacy-notice, promotion and tax requirements. Any transaction must clearly disclose the operator, total charges, delivery and remedies in the required language. An approved offer in Spain does not approve Mexico.

United Arab Emirates (AE)

Assess federal and any relevant emirate/free-zone requirements for consumer protection, personal data, games and promotional rewards. No wagering or prize-gaming permission is implied. Required Arabic or other local disclosures must precede launch.

Saudi Arabia (SA)

Review local digital-commerce, personal-data, content, youth and reward restrictions independently. Arabic availability is not authorisation. Game purchases and community rewards will not be enabled on the basis of a policy disclaimer alone.

All other countries and territories (OTHER)

The same common policies and non-waivable local rights apply. Absence from this list is not approval or denial of a legal right. Paid games and Steam rewards remain unlaunched until the country is explicitly included in a reviewed offer. Sanctions, provider availability, currency, licences and local-language requirements must be assessed; the user is not made solely responsible for the operator’s compliance.
