Key information
A leaked SKU table detailing Intel's upcoming Nova Lake desktop processor lineup has emerged online, showcasing seven anticipated models for the initial NVL-S series. The leaked specifications outline three models featuring a 'BFC' designation, which reportedly stands for big last level cache and is rumored to compete against AMD's X3D gaming processors.
The flagship model in the rumored stack is the Core Ultra 9 4970K BFC, specified as a 28-core processor comprising 8 performance cores, 16 efficient cores, and 4 low-power efficient cores. This top-tier chip features a 125W TDP alongside an integrated graphics unit equipped with 32 Execution Units, which equates to 4 Xe cores.
Beyond the flagship, the leak highlights unique variations such as the Core Ultra 9 4900 BFC, which pairs a 22-core configuration with the BFC cache and a lower 65W TDP while omitting a K suffix. Additionally, the Core Ultra 5 4650KF model stands out as the only processor in the table lacking integrated graphics entirely.
All names and hardware specifications remain unconfirmed rumors as Intel has not officially validated the leaked table. However, indications of an approaching launch include Nova Lake platforms recently passing USB and PCIe compliance checks, following previous industry sightings earlier in the year.
