Key information
On October 6, 2026, Hypergryph held a livestream to reveal the 1.6 update for Arknights Endfield. The new trailer showcased the arrival of Warfarin, a significant character from the original Arknights franchise, who is set to play a major role in the upcoming story content on Thalos-2.
The trailer depicts Warfarin with a cold expression and a more elegant appearance than she held over 100 years ago. Despite her serious portrayal in the official footage, the community responded with widespread humor and memes across social media platforms like X.
This reaction stems from the fan-made interpretation of the character popularized by artist GuinThePenguin. Fans have grown accustomed to a version of Warfarin characterized as expressive, humorous, and prone to pestering Kal’tsit, which contrasts sharply with her official, stoic depiction.
Fans have actively shared edited images and comments on Twitter X, blending the official trailer footage with the comedic traits established by the fanon version. This playful response highlights the community's deep attachment to their own creative interpretation of the character.
