AOC has officially introduced the U27G4Z, a 27-inch gaming monitor currently available in China. This display utilizes a dual-mode Fast IPS panel, allowing users to switch between a 4K resolution at 240 Hz and a 1080p resolution at 480 Hz.

The hardware features a 1 ms GtG response time alongside a 0.3 ms MPRT. It includes Adaptive-Sync and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible certifications. The panel achieves a 1,300:1 static contrast ratio, covers 99% of sRGB and 95% of DCI-P3 color gamuts, and holds VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification with peak brightness reaching 450 nits in HDR mode.

Connectivity options consist of two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 2.1, and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A downstream ports. Display Stream Compression is necessary for high-bandwidth modes. The unit lacks integrated speakers but provides an audio output jack.

Additional gaming utilities include crosshair overlays, shadow control, and motion-blur reduction via MBR and MBR Sync. The monitor supports Picture-in-Picture and Picture-by-Picture modes. While the stand offers full ergonomic adjustments and VESA 100 x 100 mm mounting, AOC has not disclosed pricing or release details for international markets.
