Key information
Solo developer Tomas Sala announced the release of a massive update and two brand new downloadable contents, the Verne Bannerless and Medieval Houses, for Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles. According to Sala, the latest patch brings the XBOX version completely in line with the PC development version, delivering the biggest update ever released for the game.
The update introduces several mechanical additions, including upgradable surveyors like the enormous Behemoth equipped with massive guns and cannons. Players can now construct unrestricted curved walls, deploy Arbology towers to plant trees, and command escorts using new specific or loose formations. Combat and enemy forces have also been thoroughly overhauled to make conflicts significantly more engaging.
Alongside the core update, the Medieval Houses DLC provides six timber-clad buildings to alter settlement aesthetics, while the Verne Bannerless expansion introduces hostile units like the Bannerless Corsair warbird, Verne Missile ship, and Piranha Fast airship for players pursuing world domination.
The colossal update, along with the Verne Bannerless and Medieval Houses downloadable contents, is available now across XBOX One, XBOX Series X|S, and PC platforms.
