VALORANT VAN9001 and VAN9003: check TPM and Secure Boot first

Read the error number before reinstalling. VAN9001 means Vanguard cannot detect enabled TPM 2.0; VAN9003 concerns Secure Boot requirements. They need different checks, rather than one blanket fix. [Check the status in Windows] 1. Press Win+
