The weather forecast reports that skies will feature occasional clouds before turning cloudy later tonight, accompanied by autumn rain in various parts of the country. According to meteorological expectations, morning temperatures will drop to a chilly 8 degrees Celsius, while daytime highs will reach 22 to 27 degrees Celsius.
Precipitation is anticipated in specific areas, including Jeju Island during the morning, followed by Busan, Ulsan, and the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk from morning through afternoon. Additionally, light raindrops under 0.1mm may fall in the early hours across parts of the Gangwon southern eastern coast and mountainous areas, southern Jeonnam, and eastern Gyeongnam inland.
Rain will expand starting tonight into the capital region, northern Gangwon inland, Chungnam, and northwestern Jeonbuk. Some regions experiencing rainfall may encounter brief lightning and thunder alongside reduced visibility and slippery roads, requiring drivers to maintain safe distances and reduce vehicle speed.
Furthermore, morning fog reducing visibility to under 1km is expected in inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon and inland Chungchung. Meanwhile, western parts of the capital region will experience dry atmospheric conditions, and moderate winds increase the risk of small sparks turning into major wildfires.
