Shift Up has provided an early look at the development of its upcoming title, Stellar Blade: Blood Rain. The reveal occurred after Canadian singer-songwriter The Weeknd shared images of the game's development materials and start screen on social media.
The shared visuals include creature concept art featuring elongated limbs, red tissue, and integrated metal components or cables. Some designs depict creatures with rounded heads or multiple thin legs for support.
The start screen displays standard menu options like Continue and New Game. The background features Earth surrounded by a massive ring-like structure, suggesting the game may take place within a colony, consistent with the ending of the previous title.
