World of Warcraft Forever has continued its series of deep dives examining class design philosophy, new changes, and talents intended to improve upon the Classic versions of the game's classes.

The latest spotlight highlights Priests and Warriors. All Priests will receive Fear Ward and Devouring Plague at level 20, alongside new and returning racial spells such as new Gnome Priest abilities. Meanwhile, Warriors will receive adjustments to the Rage mechanic, though the studio acknowledged it is currently addressing a bug affecting Rage generation in the beta.

Blizzard explained that these design choices aim to broaden useful options while keeping both classes recognizable. Priests are gaining broader access to vital tools and talent options for healing, utility, and Shadow damage. For Warriors, the changes are designed to make Rage more reliable, establish certain utility as baseline, and sharpen the role of each specialization.

In addition to these details, the development team published the second official podcast for World of Warcraft Forever, featuring more than an hour of discussion on class design philosophy.
