German independent developer Walk The Frog and publisher Bright Gambit have officially released the puzzle adventure game Walk The Frog on Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android platforms. The title follows the journey of a small frog named Froggo, who must navigate through various environments to reunite with his best friend, Buddy, before a festival begins.
The gameplay centers on intuitive drag-and-drop mechanics where players rearrange hand-drawn sticky notes to construct paths and overcome obstacles for Froggo. This interactive storybook experience spans three chapters and 18 levels, taking players through diverse settings such as dense forests, insect cities, and grassy fields.
The developers emphasize a relaxing, stress-free experience, noting that the game features no timers, time pressure, or punishment systems. Players can engage with quirky characters and enjoy humorous dialogue throughout the journey, which is designed to be accessible for short play sessions or longer, cozy gaming periods.
