Developer Toii Games has officially announced that the interactive title Taiwan Thunderbolt Re:Burn is scheduled for release on December 2, 2026. The game will be available on the Steam platform and will support languages including Traditional Chinese and Taiwanese.

Based on the 2022 television drama, the game utilizes an anime-inspired art style to reimagine the original narrative. Players engage in the conflicts between rival families through interactive choices, allowing them to revisit classic plot points or pursue entirely new endings based on their decisions.

A new trailer highlights the game's nostalgic aesthetic, utilizing a 4:3 aspect ratio and retro television visual effects to evoke the atmosphere of 2000s Taiwanese soap operas. The promotional video emphasizes core themes of love, betrayal, revenge, and destiny, while introducing a theme song titled "Qi Shi Wu Xi" created in collaboration with VTuber DIKA.

Alongside the standard release, a deluxe bundle will be available featuring an original soundtrack with over 20 tracks and a 140-page art book. Furthermore, the development team plans to showcase a playable version of the game at the G-EIGHT 2026 exhibition, held from December 4 to December 6, 2026, at the Taipei Expo Park.
