Publisher and developer Ice Quake has revealed Project S.U.N.D.I.A.L., a retro-styled 2-D top-down PvPvE extraction shooter that aims to deliver an experience similar to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. with an old school aesthetic set inside a post-apocalyptic Europe.
The title features high risk extraction gameplay accompanied by deep weapon modification elements, dynamic regions, weather conditions, survival elements including hunger and wound management, character progression, alongside various hostile foes and players.
Regarding availability, the game supports both single-player and online multiplayer modes. It is scheduled to launch on Steam on Saturday, March 27th, 2027.
Additionally, the Steam page highlights an upcoming playtest for the title, although specific timing details regarding when this playtest will officially start remain unavailable at this moment.
