Australian indie development studio Glockblock Games has released a playable demo for its upcoming PC title, CLAWSTROPHOBIA, on Steam.

The game takes place in a Japanese subway station where players are trapped with massive debt. The only way to escape is by using a three-armed crane game to grab prizes and pay off the debt.

Players can purchase special drinks from vending machines that alter their playstyle and build unique decks through various combinations. The current demo features 40 types of drinks, while the official version is planned to include over 100 types.

As the rounds progress, the required repayment amount increases. If players fail to earn the required funds by the deadline, the run ends, requiring careful management of limited plays, tokens, prize gathering, layout adjustments, and drink purchases.

CLAWSTROPHOBIA is scheduled for release on PC on November 1, 2026, and will support Japanese text display.
