Developer Loxarc Inc. announced on December 3 that its latest camera monitoring horror game series entry, Japan Accident Property Monitoring Association 4, is currently in development alongside a revealed game logo.
The gameplay of the series tasks players with observing real house interiors via security cameras to spot various anomalies and report them, combining anomaly detection with psychological horror elements like jump scares that have made the titles popular among streamers.
The studio previously released Japan Accident Property Monitoring Association, Japan Accident Property Monitoring Association 2, and Japan Accident Property Monitoring Association 3 on August 7, and is also developing the Taiwan Haunted House Monitoring Association.
In its brief announcement, Loxarc did not disclose the plot, monitoring location, types of anomalies, or release date, though the current titles are seeing approximately 10% to 20% discounts during the Steam Autumn Sale.
