Corsair has officially announced the HS80 v2 MAX WIRELESS, the latest addition to its high-end gaming headset lineup. Designed for competitive play, the device emphasizes audio clarity and long-lasting performance for gamers and content creators.
The headset features upgraded 50 mm non-Newtonian laminate drivers engineered to minimize residual diaphragm vibration, which helps players distinguish subtle sounds like footsteps or reloads amidst louder in-game explosions. On PC, users can utilize Dolby Atmos spatial audio for precise three-dimensional sound positioning.
Communication is handled by a 10 mm broadcast-grade microphone with an integrated pop filter. When paired with compatible NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics cards, the headset supports AI-powered NVIDIA Broadcast technology to filter out background noise like keyboard clatter and fan sounds.
The 370 g headset includes a durable aluminium frame, memory foam ear cushions, and a floating headband for comfort. It offers simultaneous 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth connectivity, supporting PC, Mac, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices. Battery life reaches up to 110 hours on 2.4 GHz or 130 hours via Bluetooth, with a quick-charge feature providing six hours of use from a 15-minute charge.
The product became available on October 8, 2026, through Corsair's webstore and authorized retailers. It is supported by a two-year warranty and Corsair's global customer service network.
