IGN Fan Fest: Fall Edition is currently showcasing a variety of upcoming titles for PC, consoles, and mobile. The event features exclusive reveals and deep dives, highlighting nine new games ranging from survival adventures and horror experiences to unique strategy titles.
The lineup includes diverse mechanics, such as the chess-themed third-person shooter Checkmate Protocol and the tower defense hybrid Crown Must Hold, where players manage entire empires. Other titles offer distinct gameplay loops, like the real-time settlement management of Rotten Crown or the co-op survival focus of Silk & Sorrow, a dark fantasy adventure designed for two players.
Several games emphasize atmospheric storytelling and exploration. Aquamorta is a first-person horror adventure set in a swamp town, while Paper Perjury 2: Shadow of Justice continues the detective visual novel series. Additionally, titles like Akiiwan provide a chill survival experience with hand-drawn visuals, and The Forge: Steel Frontier offers mech-based action.
Many of these titles are currently available to wishlist on Steam. While some games are coming soon, specific release windows vary, such as the Chapter 1 demo for Silk & Sorrow, which is scheduled for Winter 2027. Further announcements are expected during the event's concluding livestream on October 14.
