The PlayStation Plus game catalog for October features several notable additions, including Mafia: The Old Country, Horizon Forbidden West, and the cooperative shooter Mycopunk. These titles, alongside others, will be available to subscribers starting October 20.

The lineup introduces diverse gameplay experiences. Mafia: The Old Country offers a third-person action narrative set in 20th-century Sicily, while Horizon Forbidden West tasks players with exploring a post-apocalyptic world. Mycopunk provides a mission-based looter-shooter experience, and Monster Energy Supercross 25 utilizes Unreal Engine 5 for realistic physics and dynamic track evolution.

PlayStation Plus Premium members gain access to classic titles like Dino Crisis 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3. Additionally, the service is hosting a HorrorFest event, which includes exclusive in-game content packs for titles such as World War Z and Back 4 Blood, with specific DLC offers for the latter available between October 21 and November 4.

Availability of these games and services may vary by region, and users should consult the PlayStation Store for local details. Furthermore, members can participate in a Dead by Daylight community challenge from October 20 to October 26 to unlock an exclusive in-game charm, while a limited-time discount for the Until Dawn film on Sony Pictures Core begins October 28.
