Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Season 1 is scheduled to launch on November 6, introducing a variety of new content across Multiplayer, DMZ, and Warzone modes. Players can expect fresh maps, specialized equipment, and a revamped Battle Pass system.
Multiplayer will debut with three new maps: Backstab, Canyon, and a reimagined Shoot House. Additionally, the fan-favorite Grind mode returns alongside Drop Zone. Mid-season updates will further expand the experience with the Ministry map, the Overflow location, and the Counter Attack game mode.
The DMZ mode introduces the X01 weapons facility, featuring shifting hazards and tunnel systems that require squad coordination. Players must navigate these challenges to secure extractions while completing new DMZ Orders and taking down Commander bosses.
The Season 1 Battle Pass offers over 100 tiers of content, including the Cronen Osprey Assault Rifle and the high-fire-rate CSG-35 SMG. A new catch-up system ensures premium purchasers can automatically unlock up to 50 rewards if they fall behind during the season.
