Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup for October, featuring F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896, and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2. The titles will be available to PlayStation Plus members starting Tuesday, October 6 through Monday, November 2.
F1 25 invites players to compete in the official video game of the 2025 FIA Formula One World Championship. The title includes single-player experiences such as Driver Career and My Team 2.0, alongside multiplayer options including the F1 World mode where users can team up against AI drivers.
Hunt: Showdown 1896 is an extraction shooter set in corrupted frontier waters. Players can venture alone or form squads of up to three to track bounties, defeat twisted monsters and rival hunters, and successfully extract.
Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 available for PS5 and PS4 challenges players to rescue team members across a square-shaped earth, assembling squads of four. The game features 3D voxel-styled enemies, up to four-player online co-op, and local split-screen co-op on PS5 and PS4.
Additionally, members have until Monday, October 5 to claim September's monthly games, which include Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life, and Chained Echoes.
