IKEA and Xbox have teamed up to launch YXSTABY, a new collection of nine products designed to bring gaming inspiration into home living spaces without compromising style or comfort.
Xbox controllers served as a primary inspiration for the line, influencing items such as cushions, stainless steel decorative platters, and display boxes with mirrored interiors. The collection also features a gaming lounge chair, monitor stand, caster-equipped TV stand and side table, and a laptop stand equipped with storage and accessories.
Standout items include a stool modeled after the controller's thumbstick, developed using original 3D design data from Xbox device designers. The grip surface texture was repurposed to help stabilize the sitter's posture.
The YXSTABY collection became available in IKEA stores starting on the publication date, with an online release planned for later in the year. Availability may vary by country and region.
