Key information

Developer 14Dimension Enterprise has announced the upcoming release of its new railway simulation title, Korean Railway Celesti Express KTX Seoul-Busan. The game is scheduled to launch on the Nintendo Switch on October 22.

The simulation utilizes actual footage captured from a KTX cockpit to provide an authentic driving experience. Players can navigate a total of 8 courses, including the Gyeongbu High-Speed Line and the Suseo High-Speed Line, covering a distance of approximately 417 kilometers at speeds reaching 300 kilometers per hour. The game incorporates real-world operational data, including timetables and speed metrics analyzed down to the second.

Technically, the title features a new image processing method to support 1080p resolution, which the developer describes as the highest quality in the series. Users can choose between three play modes: section driving, full driving, and view mode. Additionally, the game offers support for the ZUIKI Mascon controller.

The game will be available for purchase via the Nintendo eShop and supports 13 languages, including Korean. As a follow-up to the 2025 release of the ITX-Maum Taebaek Line edition, 14Dimension plans to release a free Ver.1.1 update for the previous title on October 16 to provide similar visual improvements.
