Mintrocket has officially unveiled a new downloadable content expansion for its marine adventure title, Dave the Diver, titled the Subnautica 2 Content Pack.
Developed through an intellectual property partnership with Unknown Worlds, a subsidiary of Krafton, this update is scheduled for release as a free download in the first half of 2027.
Players will join Dave and Bancho to explore the oceanic satellite Proteus, where they can collect unique marine life and unlock exotic recipes. A significant feature of the expansion includes encounters with the Leviathan, a prominent creature from Subnautica 2.
Mintrocket CEO Jaeho Hwang stated that the collaboration was prepared in response to player requests, aiming to combine the distinct underwater exploration experiences of both games. This release is currently planned as the final DLC for Dave the Diver.
