Neon Giant, a creative studio under Krafton, has initiated pre-orders for The Ascent Ultimate Edition on Nintendo Switch 2. The release is scheduled for December 3 as a digital-only title, and players can receive a 10% discount if they pre-order before the official launch.
Set in Veles, a cyberpunk world ruled by a mega corporation, the action shooter RPG supports both single-player and up to four-player co-op. Since launching in 2021, the game has reached over 12 million players globally.
The Ultimate Edition bundles the main game alongside core downloadable content including Cyber Heist, CyberSec Pack, and Cyber Warrior Pack. Pre-orders are available on the Nintendo eShop, featuring a 10% pre-order discount off the regular price until launch.
Additionally, a legacy patch will roll out to existing platforms on November 19, bringing localization enhancements, HDR support, improved co-op teleportation and encounter systems, and critical bug fixes for save and progression issues. These updates will also be included in the Nintendo Switch 2 version.
