Key information
Microsoft's subscription service Xbox Game Pass is scheduled to lose a total of nine video games starting Thursday, October 15. Users have highlighted this upcoming departure through Reddit, noting that several prominent titles will be leaving the library.
Among the departing titles is Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, developed by Sandfall Interactive, which won the GOTY 2025 award and has been available on the platform for over 17 months following its launch in April 2025. Other notable games leaving the service include the stealth and puzzle adventure A Plague Tale: Requiem, the supernatural survival driving game Pacific Drive, and the action title Evil West.
The list of departures also features the cinematic horror adventure The Casting of Frank Stone, alongside indie titles such as the crime scene cleaning simulator Crime Scene Cleaner and the early access city-builder Nova Roma. Rounding out the departures are the puzzle game Donut County and Superball, though the latter is a free game where only the subscription perks will be removed.
