Digital Extremes has unveiled Operation: Taubound, a unique, limited-time event for Warframe. Scheduled to begin on October 15th, this operation serves as a precursor to the game's upcoming journey to the Tau system, which is slated for December.
The event tasks players with collaborating alongside the Sentient flagship Praghasa to facilitate the opening of a gate. Additionally, the update introduces a Tau Prologue quest that connects directly to the player's Vessel currently located in the dry dock.
Participants can collect Moonflesh to exchange for exclusive rewards, such as a Legendary Core, a fresh syandana, armor sets, and an amp skin. The operation also promises new lore discoveries tied to Praghasa.
Developers emphasize that Operation: Taubound is a one-time occurrence that will not be repeated. Players interested in these specific rewards and narrative elements must participate during the event window starting October 15th.
