Rockstar Games has officially confirmed that singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey will feature in the upcoming GTA 6. The Grammy-nominated artist is set to co-host an in-game radio station, marking a significant collaboration for the highly anticipated title.
Del Rey will portray the character Delta Dawne and co-host the Back Country Radio station alongside country singer Morgan Wallen, who appears as MW. Additionally, her husband, Jeremy Dufrene, will provide voice work for the character Mud Dog Mike on the same station.
Expressing her enthusiasm to Rolling Stone, Del Rey described the opportunity as a special privilege and stated she is eager to play the game herself. The radio station is part of a broader musical lineup that includes other prominent artists such as Bad Bunny and members of Slayer.
GTA 6 is scheduled for release on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Players will be able to access the radio content while driving vehicles or by using headphones while exploring Vice City, concluding a development cycle that began in 2015.
