Key information
Nintendo has expanded its Game Boy Advance library for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. As of October 14, subscribers to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service can access three new titles via the Game Boy Advance – Nintendo Classics application.
The update includes Metal Slug Advance (2004), a run and gun title from SNK featuring a card-based system for modifying gameplay, and Monster Rancher Advance (2001), a creature-raising game by Tecmo that allows players to generate monsters by inputting specific words.
The collection also features Kururin Paradise (2002), a puzzle and skill game developed by Eighting and published by Nintendo. This sequel, which introduces new challenges and 16 minigames, is notable for being previously unreleased outside of Japan.
These titles are available at no additional cost to active subscribers of the premium expansion tier, which also provides access to Nintendo 64 and Mega Drive catalogs.
