SEGA has officially revealed a new map for Crazy Taxi: World Tour titled Welcome to Brazil. The announcement, accompanied by a trailer and images, showcases various streets, beaches, and natural landscapes that players will encounter when the title arrives in 2027.
Producer Kenji Kanno stated that the development team drew inspiration from the stark contrast between Brazil's urban centers and its natural coastal scenery. The goal was to capture the nation's diverse visual identity while maintaining the high-speed gameplay pace synonymous with the franchise.
The game is scheduled for release in 2027 across multiple platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
Despite these details, SEGA has not yet provided a specific calendar date for the launch of the game. Further information regarding the exact timing of the release remains pending.
