Key information

To 666 Deliver or Die is a 2D horror game developed by Ge-saku, the creator behind H9: ORIGIN. The game casts players as a delivery worker tasked with navigating a dilapidated, supernatural Showa-era apartment complex. Despite the presence of anomalies and blocked paths, the protagonist must fulfill delivery requests sent via smartphone.

Gameplay focuses on overcoming environmental obstacles rather than text-heavy narratives. Players utilize items like axes and fire extinguishers to clear debris or extinguish flames while traversing stairs and collapsed sections. The developer, Chika Nagai, intentionally minimized text to encourage player imagination and enhance replayability, opting for an action-based approach where events drive the experience.

The delivery motif allows for randomized destinations, ensuring varied experiences across the repetitive structure of the apartment blocks. The title itself carries a double meaning, referencing both Western demonic symbolism and Chinese internet slang for praise. While the current pre-alpha demo focuses on atmosphere, the developer plans to refine visuals and stage design further.

The game is currently seeking a publisher with the goal of a console release. It is scheduled for launch in the fourth quarter of 2027. Interested players can preview the title at the DREAMSCAPE5 event held at the Tokyo International Forum on October 24.
