Key information

Good Smile Company has officially confirmed that the Sadako Nendoroid from The Ring will return for a new production run. This figure, which was previously difficult to acquire following its 2023 debut, is scheduled for a wider release starting in 2027.

The rereleased figure remains identical to the original version. It includes two distinct face plates and interchangeable hair parts, allowing collectors to display Sadako with her face obscured or partially visible. Accessories include a well, a VHS tape, and a specialized TV sheet for recreating her iconic emergence from a monitor.

The figure is priced at 7,800 yen in Japan, where it is expected to arrive in March 2027. For customers in the United States, the product is slated for a Q2 2027 release with a retail price of $54.99.

Additionally, Bandai Namco has introduced a separate Sadako prize figure as part of its Grandista line. This static model, currently appearing in Japanese arcade crane games, depicts the character in a stalking pose.
