Key information

Team Liquid has officially released Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek into free agency, ending his 16-month tenure with the Counter-Strike 2 roster. This decision follows a period of internal restructuring that began when the organization benched the Polish player in July 2026, replacing him with Johnny “JT” Theodosiou as the in-game leader.

Joining the organization on loan from MOUZ in April 2025, siuhy was tasked with leading the team following previous leadership eras. Despite high expectations, the roster struggled to achieve consistent success, failing to reach the playoffs in any of the three Majors contested during his time with the squad.

Performance metrics highlight the difficulties faced during this period. The team recorded a 5-11 record at major events, with their highest achievement being a top-four finish at FISSURE Playground #2. Individually, siuhy concluded his time at Liquid with a 0.87 rating across 185 maps.

With siuhy now a free agent, Team Liquid faces an open roster vacancy. The organization has not yet named a replacement or confirmed its next tournament commitments, leaving the future direction of the Counter-Strike 2 lineup currently unconfirmed.
