Cygames franchise Umamusume has expanded its sponsorship activities beyond international horse racing championships into motorsport, featuring a collaboration with the 2026 Japanese MotoGP event at the Motegi circuit.
The event featured various Umamusume decorations and photo spots across the circuit. Notably, Tomoyo Takayanagi, the voice actress for the character Oguri Cap, served as the finish flag waver specifically for the Moto3 and Moto2 races.
In addition to MotoGP, Umamusume is the primary sponsor for the Pacific Racing Team in the 2026 Super GT Series, which has been underway in Japan since April. The team competes in the GT300 class utilizing a BMW M4 GT3 EVO featuring a livery with characters including Special Week, Bueno Vista, Maruzensky, Curren Chan, Rice Shower, and Winning Ticket.
The Nagoya-based team secured first place for the fifth round held at the Suzuka circuit in August. The 2026 Super GT Series concludes with its eighth round at the Motegi circuit in November, where the Umamusume circuit decorations installed during MotoGP will remain until the Super GT race finishes.
