Key information
CCMC released the 2D puzzle game ReGLOSS: CROSS on October 15 for PC via Steam under the holo Indie label. Developed by yado, the title features the five members of Hololive's ReGLOSS unit, including Otonose Kanade, Ichijou Ririka, Juufuutei Raden, Todoroki Hajime, and Fuwawa Ao, depicted in cute two-headed character designs.
The gameplay requires users to guide the members by specifying their movement directions so that pairs can meet. While the controls are simple, players must formulate strategies that account for character movement and various stage mechanics. The developer noted that the project was fueled by their appreciation for the ReGLOSS members' streams and live performances.
The game includes a total of 70 puzzles spread across five standard stages and three extra stages. As players progress, the difficulty increases through the introduction of mechanics like signs and warps. The developer suggests that later levels provide a significant challenge for puzzle enthusiasts, though the experience is designed to be accessible through tutorials and an official strategy site.
ReGLOSS: CROSS is available for purchase as of October 15 for 490 yen including tax. Further details regarding the title can be found on its official Steam store page.
