Publisher Phoenixx announced on October 14, 2026, that the digital version of the adventure game Quiz☆Seikai wa Ichinen-go presents Atsushi no Meitantei will be removed from sale. The title is scheduled to leave the Nintendo eShop on December 30, 2026.
The game originated from the TBS television program Quiz☆Seikai wa Ichinen-go. Players control program host Atsushi Tamura as he investigates the murder of comedian RG from the duo Razor Ramon to identify the culprit.
While the digital version launched in December 2023, physical editions were also released in 2024. Phoenixx confirmed that users who have already purchased the software will retain the ability to redownload and play the game after the store removal date.
To mark the end of availability, a promotion is currently active on the Nintendo eShop. The game is available at a 50 percent discount for 500 yen including tax until October 31.
