Razer has officially announced the Basilisk V4 Pro, the latest iteration of its ergonomic gaming mouse line. Alongside this release, the company introduced the Razer Mouse Dock V2 Pro, a wireless charging accessory designed to support high-performance connectivity.
The new mouse features 14 customizable controls, including a repositioned multi-function trigger, a third side button, and an M1 edge button. It incorporates the Razer HyperScroll Tilt Wheel Gen-2, which offers multiple modes such as Precision Tactile and Smart-Reel. Despite these additions, the device is 12 g lighter than its predecessor. Performance is driven by the Razer Focus Pro 50K Optical Sensor Gen-3, which supports up to 50,000 DPI and 90 G acceleration, while the Gen-4 optical switches are rated for 100 million clicks.
Connectivity options include HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 with 8,000 Hz polling and Bluetooth 6.2. The mouse provides up to 200 hours of battery life via HyperSpeed or 275 hours using Bluetooth. Additionally, the device features 7-zone Razer Chroma RGB lighting with full underglow.
The Mouse Dock V2 Pro serves as both a magnetic charging station and an 8,000 Hz transceiver for HyperSpeed wireless performance. Razer also introduced the Basilisk V4 HyperSpeed, a streamlined model weighing 94 g that includes the Focus X 33K Optical Sensor Gen-3 and 12 customizable controls.
