Key information
Phantom Blade Zero appears to be heading for a digital-only release on PlayStation 5. While developer S-GAME has not issued an official confirmation, current evidence suggests that physical discs will not be available at launch.
Retailer Play-Asia removed the physical edition from its storefront after receiving information that a disc version would not exist. Furthermore, the game is currently absent from major retailers like Amazon and GameStop, reinforcing the likelihood of a digital-exclusive debut.
With the release date set for October 29, the lack of physical pre-order options indicates a fully digital launch. A physical version could potentially arrive later if the title achieves commercial success.
Digital pre-orders are currently open for Standard and Deluxe editions. The Standard version is priced at 69,99 euros on PS5 and 59,99 euros on PC, while the Deluxe edition costs 79,99 euros on PS5 and 69,99 euros on PC, including digital art and soundtrack assets.
