Shiro Games continues the development of its early access sandbox title SpaceCraft, introducing a variety of gameplay additions and system improvements. Despite the game offering an optional multiplayer mode, the developers remain focused on expanding the experience for all players.

The update introduces six distinct types of traveling merchants scattered throughout the universe, offering players opportunities to trade items such as electronics, ship hulls, ingots, and ore. Furthermore, the game now features remote extraction capabilities, additional skill line levels, and new permits.

Exploration is expanded with 11 new restricted areas, including processing plants and abandoned ships. These locations have undergone an overhaul, allowing players to earn experience points by completing them and discovering data disks. Players who previously cleared these zones may revisit them to claim these new rewards.

Single-player enthusiasts benefit from a new catch-up system that simulates gains and losses between sessions, aligning solo progression more closely with multiplayer rates. The patch also includes visual enhancements, ship balancing adjustments, and various quality-of-life improvements to refine the overall experience.
