Although the game has been available in China since 2016, Bandai Namco believes the title possesses the potential to attract global audiences. This international expansion is a key component of the broader Project Rasengan initiative.
Project Rasengan encompasses several upcoming Naruto-related projects. Beyond this mobile game, the initiative includes the Naruto x Ninku anime, a new collectible card game, and the Naruto: Shadow Rising manga series.
