The original pencil sketch of the iconic logo used by Jimmy 'MrBeast' Donaldson is scheduled for auction. Experts anticipate the piece could fetch upwards of $20,000 during the event.
The 8.5-by-11-inch drawing features an early iteration of the blue tiger logo, though it lacks the signature pink lightning bolt. Heritage Auctions will include the item in its Fall Sports Catalog Auction running from October 23 to October 25.
Heritage Auctions representatives noted the design originated from a 10-minute brainstorming session around 2018. Donaldson previously admitted to Wired that he put very little thought into the logo, which he initially envisioned as a leopard or panther rather than a tiger.
IGN reports that MrBeast is not involved in the sale of this sketch. The creator remains a prominent figure on YouTube and has expanded into other media, including the Prime Video series Beast Games.
