Key information
MONTECH has unveiled its CyberFlow series, described as the company's most advanced all-in-one liquid cooling line to date. The series is divided into two distinct aesthetic options: the Cyberpunk-inspired CyberFlow ARGB and the more understated CyberFlow CORE, both utilizing the same underlying performance architecture.
The cooling system features a 3500 RPM pump and a 32 mm aluminum radiator. It includes a magnetic VRM fan capable of 3500 RPM to provide targeted airflow to CPU power delivery components. The units come pre-installed with E25 120 mm fans, which reach 2700 RPM and deliver 93.12 CFM of airflow alongside 7.43 mmH2O of static pressure.
Installation is simplified through pre-installed radiator fans and 400 mm tubing. The series supports Intel LGA 1700 and 1851, as well as AMD AM4 and AM5 sockets. MONTECH provides a six-year warranty for the series, which includes coverage for component damage resulting from leakage caused by product defects.
The CyberFlow series is scheduled for release on October 12, 2026. Both the ARGB and CORE versions will be available in 240 mm and 360 mm sizes, with color options including black and white. As part of the company's tenth-anniversary celebration, the packaging includes commemorative items such as specialized tube clips and stickers.
