Key information
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 has released Aircraft & Avionics Update 06, bringing substantial upgrades to five classic German aircraft produced by Junkers and Dornier. Existing owners receive these enhancements completely free of charge.
The updated models include the Junkers F 13 and Ju 52, alongside the Dornier Do X, Do J Wal, and Do 31. Players who do not currently own them can purchase individual aircraft through the Marketplace for 14.99 dollars each.
All five planes transition to the built-in framework and modular flight system of MSFS 2024, improving flight performance, ground handling, and control response. Necessary updates were also applied to engine, fuel, electrical, and cockpit systems, while seaplanes gained better water behavior.
Visuals receive enhancements through revised textures, materials, and level of detail optimizations. Furthermore, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 can be played on PC, Steam, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Cloud Gaming, PlayStation 5, PS VR2, and via Game Pass.
