The mobile game Shining Star is launching its new Let's Showtime event, scheduled to run from October 14 to November 4. This update introduces a variety of content, including new event outfits, returning production studio activities, and a Taiwan-exclusive Glory of Light avatar frame.
Players can earn Let's Showtime coins by participating in various activities, which can be exchanged for rare items and high-level growth buffs. The event features multiple bonuses, such as double rewards for completing dances, 50% material discounts for production studio tickets, and increased EXP and gold gains for specific team NPC modes.
Social and competitive incentives are also included. Couples can complete matching tasks for rewards like 10 million gold and 100,000 star candies. Additionally, players who invite new or returning users—defined as those inactive for 14 days—to complete tasks can apply for FamilyMart gift cards worth up to NT$600. Furthermore, cumulative top-ups of NT$1,000 or more grant a 300-point MyCard reward.
Beyond in-game mechanics, the developer is hosting a daily trivia event called Shining Knowledge King. CM Sakura will post questions in the world chat twice daily, and the first player to answer correctly can win a Mos Burger meal voucher.
