Embark Studios is celebrating the first anniversary of its extraction shooter, ARC Raiders, by offering free access to the title across Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series consoles. This limited-time promotion runs from October 8 at 11:00 until October 12 at 12:00, according to local peninsular time.
During this period, players can experience the full game without content restrictions, including combat against ARC machines and encounters with other Raiders. Notably, console users are not required to maintain active PS Plus or Xbox Game Pass subscriptions to participate in online play during this event. Any progress achieved during the free trial will be saved should players decide to purchase the game later.
The event coincides with the release of Frozen Path, described by the developer as the game's largest update to date. This expansion introduces a new map, additional enemies, weapons, and gadgets.
