Grand Theft Auto 6 fans are celebrating after the Cyberleek memecoin experienced a significant market crash. The cryptocurrency, which was tied to various unauthorized gameplay leaks, dropped to a $1.7 million market cap from a high of $7.8 million on October 11.

The leaker behind Cyberleek had previously threatened to release a massive 200 GB build of the game if the memecoin reached a $30 million market cap. Despite these threats, the recent financial decline makes hitting such targets appear highly unlikely, according to reports.

While fans express relief, skepticism remains regarding the authenticity of the leaked footage. IGN noted that clips showing characters in states of nudity may have been achieved through developer menus or cheats, rather than representing final gameplay. Furthermore, analysts suggest the leaker previously cashed out approximately $270,000 in August.

Rockstar Games and Take-Two continue to face these unauthorized disclosures ahead of the official launch on November 19. While the developer previously described the situation as heartbreaking, the legal pursuit of those responsible remains ongoing through subpoenas issued to platforms like Discord.
