Key information
Broken Mirror Games, which is a subsidiary of and co-developer with Bloober Team, published a behind-the-scenes video interview featuring Polish composer Jan Borysewicz. Borysewicz created the score for the forthcoming Switch 2 exclusive title titled ONYX: The Dark Grip.
The horror project is built exclusively for handheld mode on the Nintendo Switch 2. It utilizes hardware attributes such as the gyroscope, touch screen, and microphone to immerse players by simulating the sensation of holding a fate in their hands.
Alongside this video reveal, a biographical drama chronicling the career of Borysewicz is scheduled for a global Netflix premiere on October 7th. The film is directed by Kristoffer Rus to highlight the artist's path and success.
The release window for ONYX: The Dark Grip is currently set for some time in 2027. Further updates regarding the title will be provided by GamingTrend as development continues.
